  • Memoirs/Personal Essay
  • Magazine Feature Article
  • Genre Short Story (Mystery, Romance, etc.)
  • Mainstream/Literary Short Story
  • Rhyming Poetry
  • Non-rhyming Poetry
  • Stage Play
  • Television/Movie Script
  • Children’s/Young Adult Fiction
  • The deadline for entry is June 1, 2009.   Depending on your genre costs range from $15 to $20.  First place prize is $3,000 and the chance to meet with editors and agents in New York.
